Thanks for that Ed. Especially the last question about animal cruelty sports. Some principles at last about all living beings.

Yougov poll on Londoners puts Corbyn ahead of May as preferred PM, and Labour 17 points ahead of the Conservatives.

“Asked by YouGov who would make the best Prime Minister, 37 per cent picked Mr Corbyn and 34 per cent Ms May. A survey taken just after the manifesto launches last month had Ms May ahead by 38 to 32.

On voting intention, Labour now stands on 50 per cent, up from 41 per cent a month ago, according to the new poll. The Tories are on 33 per cent, down from 36 per cent last month.”

      Weka,

I note that Greater London is 45 constituencies Labour and 26 Conservative.

Anyway we will know soon enough which pollsters are credible.

Given the huge spread between the pollsters (the largest spread I have ever seen in 40 years of interest in politics) some reputations are going to be made and others destroyed.

According to the article some of the Labour MPs were worried about their seats. The point was that previously more people were in favour of May and the Conservatives and how it’s swung to the other side.
