Can anyone find the link to the house today where Ngarewa Packer and Jackson were evicted? I want to see what was happening before.

It breaks my heart to see the governments central and local, dismiss or diminish systems that have been set up to advance us into a civilised, effective country. This from Wellington about the City Council there abandoning support for the Citizens Advice Bureau.

News from CAB
Citizens Advice Bureau Wellington (CAB Wellington) is devastated that Wellington City Council has declined to provide additional funding to support the organisation’s services forWellingtonians.

Schulz with his thoughts in Peanuts, Lucy and Snoopy posits some interesting points about childish behaviour in adults and bad attitudes that can get ingrained early in childhood.
In this interaction bullying, bellicose Lucy and younger, thoughtful, musical Linus demonstrate the material mind v the idealistic, empathic one. (The trick for us all is to develop them both – be well-rounded brain-wise.) The two have to pull a wishbone. Lucy explains that the one who gets the major part gets the wish granted. They both have to declare in advance what they want.
Lucy – materialist : I wish for a new doll, a new bicycle, four new sweaters, some new saddle shoes, a wrist watch and about a hundred dollars.
Linus – thoughtful : I wish for a long life for all my friends, I wish for peace in the world, I wish for greater advancements in the fields of science and medicine and…
Lucy – dismissively : You seem to have a knack for spoiling everything!
Aye – there's the rub!
