Rose Renton has been found guilty of offensive behaviour after the poison incident with nick smith.
Rubbing it on his SHOULDER…..and a chair etc. She didn’t rub it on his face like nick smith publically claimed.
Sooooo….. did smith say under oath that she rubbed it on his face?
He was pretty happy to preach that narrative to the media when it happened.
If so is that not lying in court?

If it had been an insecticide she could have been done for assault with a deadly weapon.
Ta … that answers the obvious question I had.
Lol that comment looks snarky as hell – I just meant one of the insecticides they used on orchards I worked at in the 1990s, which caused rashes if you touched the trees within a couple of days of application.
But reading it now it looksi was calling smith an insect. Some might, but I was really just commenting on why she only got done for offensive behaviour.
An Insecticide, like “Raid”, or perhaps “Mortein”, or another readily procurable Toxin such as “Talon” from your friendly Hardware store … ?

I too looked through past reports to see just what Rose did. It seemed to differ. Nick I think was happy to have this happen. Joyce had the dildo, and now him and rat poison. Politicians like to think that they can arouse passions in the public. I think the decision was a good one. It can’t be overlooked and we don’t want people being attacked whoever they are, or what they have done.
