Unfortunately, they’re probably going to try and resurrect Clinton:

      Hillary, again?

Before you run screaming into the night, allow me to note:

The voters chose her in 2016. And there’s a lot of interest again.

A report about Clinton’s comments in The Hill, a Washington, D.C.-based political web site, has been shared more than 62,000 times.

Clinton remains the best-known and most accomplished potential Democratic candidate in the nation. She and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, bring immense star power.

There is a greater determination than ever, across the nation, to elect the first women president, thanks to Donald Trump and the Me-Too movement.

And millions of voters — not just diehard Democrats — believe they were robbed in 2016. They crave payback.

The line “The voters chose her in 2016” is a bit of a giveaway. That’s a bit like saying “the voters chose National in 2017”. The reality is Clinton is the 21st century version of Al Gore…the loser of an election she should have had on a plate. There are far better people in the Democrats. At least i hope so.

Just saw on the news that Twyford has changed kiwibuild so that now if the buyers sell within three years of buying kiwibuild houses they only lose 30% capital gain.

Fans of the kiwibuild scheme in it’s current form please feel free to defend this.

I’m all ears (or eyes, as the case may be)

        Was on 3 news

No article on it yet so assume was decided not that long ago.

Twyford said not only making it 30% was too “draconian”

Apparently Kiwibuild is hopeless. Apparently everything Labour suggests or does around housing is bad, bad, bad, wrong, wrong, wrong.

The alternatives put up by the naysayers, the comprehensive alternatives if you like, are a bit thin on the ground.

The reasons things like Kiwibuild and any other Government moves are happening are supposedly because there is a need, something needs to be done. Funny that we’ve, they’ve got to a position where dramatic things have to happen.

Yes, apparently what needs to be done is middle to rich young couples need to get instant massive capital gains.
