       Ross wont be a list vacancy, a new Mp being an electorate Mp will fill up the spots first and only then go down the list only names.

       Considering that the deal was done/delivered over an extra Chinese Mp, Botany is a good place to start- gets around the difficulty of turfing one of the’ two indians out’ for list Mps
