The mind boggles! Nicola Willis yesterday smugly announcing her "great news" that pay wave charges were to be banned. "How amazing I am" was her body language. But just today she has now said businesses may need to pass those bank costs on to customers. So no advantage for customers either way.
Can anyone explain that logic as it escapes me!
