    Verian Poll just out:

    Lab 30 Gre 12 Opp 8 TPM=51

    Nat 29 ACT 9 NZF 8=46

    The Lab/Gre/Opp have 50 between them (assuming Opp go with the larger party Labour). This is enough to form a government.

    The racist party is still falling.

      Well done to Jack Tame who included the Maori electorates in the reckoning. They are often ignored in superficial analysis of polls.

      61 might be a majority. It isn't now.

        Everyone at the meeting should have a watch with spikes out, to remind them painfully to think hard as time is advancing quickly to the election, along with amalgamation of local politics and councils furthering them to be unmanageable and distant from the locals; only contactable through the internet if you have your device live and paid-up.
