The least (perceived) corrupt country in the world is just a tax haven for the dodgiest mega-rich in the world who want to hide their laundered money from the law and the taxman. And who profits? Only the few who are in the trust industry. To say that the government is dragging its feet in tightening the legislation to make it less dodgy, is an understatement.
