Only comes in red. Here’s what you do: drive to the end of the south eastern highway, straight through at the lights, then left, down into The Warehouse carpark. 5pm – 12pm on Saturday.

Watch out! The Red ones are in very short supply so the price is escalating at a sickening pace. Stick to the pale ones.

No green I notice…cant be going to the Warewhare for any reason. The garden calls, the weeds grow and the chickens peck. Bliss.

Crusaders at the Biscuit Tin tomorrow.

Will ChCh call the new Cathedral the Cardboard Carton? CCC for short?

I harvested my hops today- a very hoppy ale will be brewed tomorrow. Winter consolation. Aaaahhh! The rest will go into a soporific hop pillow, as I am somewhat insomniacal.

This is the last weekend before I move into my new (and first) house. One of the big reasons I decided to move back to Dunedin from Wellington was that I could afford something down here. So I’ll be doing prep work for that. Already bought the furniture and whiteware, now I’m down to the small fiddly stuff.

Wonderfull Brass Band concert Saturday .In Hamilton’s Clarence Theatre
Six international musicians made the concert special. Great programme of music, Full house . Many years since I saw a full house for a brass band concert,Just shows that if the programme is good people will turn up.
However the seat are like something from the inquisition ,we could certainly do with qa decent theatre in Hamilton. Concert finshed 10-30 pm
Had a clear Rd all the way back to Cambridge . A very nice pleasant evening out.,Lots of Labour members present .
