Mike Sabin has a prominent chin – A Poem for Northland

Mike Sabin has a prominent chin,
John Key has a nice green tie,
This poem came to me in a flash last night,
I’m sure that I can’t say why.

Mike Sabin is looking on,
John Key seems to be in pain,
What could cause the PM such discomfort?
The buy election again?

Mike Sabin is a serious chap,
John Key enjoys a good laugh,
He’s hoping to win in Northland,
The joke is on our behalf.

Mike Sabin is fading from view
John Key had to find a new guy
But Osborne can’t cut the mustard
And Winston could win by and by…

    Sabin Sabin,
    Give me the answer do,
    We’re half crazy,
    Wondering where are you,
Is it on beach in Hawaii,
    Or in a jail-cell tiny,

    Key twist and turns,
    So taciturn,
‘Cos he won’t say what’s wrong with you.

Good lord. And he did that after Jimmy Saville’s “personal issues that were best dealt with outside Parliament” were made public.

Something is seriously rotten in John Key’s National Party

It all started out so well,
Ministerial road trip to quiet backwater
    cryptic warnings
    dark acts of savage lusk
    murderous zombie supporters
but then that Winston joker refused to die…

Sabin in the Woods – a Gnat horror story.

Mikey’s copybook is marked, and John knows what he did, now everybody’s searching, but Mikey’s staying hid. Where can that little Mikey be, he’s hunted day and night, in Northland things are looking grim, will National get a fright? It’s up to Winston a Senior Knight, with armour double-breasted, a twinkling eye and smile so bright, will the Osborne dude be bested? Not long to wait, but seven days, then all will be revealed, Will National lose the Northland seat, and will Sabin stay concealed?

Nope – because of “due to personal issues that were best dealt with outside Parliament.”

This may include family issues. But we can’t discuss anything like that as they aren’t public.

In terms of those personal and family matters, I became aware of those at about the last week of the parliamentary term last year.

I didn’t have any great information about those personal and family matters prior to that, and even when I was aware of those … it wouldn’t have been something that would have driven an outcome from me.

              – John Key
              (bold mine)
Reckon he’ll be be denying those words soon?

No need to deny them when they don’t mean anything.

This is a good example of why we should never again elect a PM who refuses to speak english in public.

                  – if we’re talking wishlists of Prime Ministerial attributes –
‘Wanting to help New Zealand’ would be really nice !

The thing about Key is you never know how he will twist the truth next
    Classic Wolf in Sheeps clothing
His public image of being your clean cut average rich bastard who never gets his hands dirty or mite suffer a paper cut once in a while or a gruellin golf game has all the trappings of the upper class that he sees himself to be
Instead of the mean self centred egoist that he is whose got the people skills of a street bully or the police at David Bain’s family murder investigation
I wonder to quote Letterman ”when is Key goin to get the Jeb Bush voting machine into the election ” (abridged)
