Hello MS. Fenton…I was wanting to ask you about the rationales behind ending birthright in nz..?

Was it ..as I suspect..a knee-jerk reaction to some racist/xenophobic moral panic of the day…?

Or was it something else ..?

..and do you now think that birthright should be restored…?

    And if not..why not..?

    Thank you for your attention…

[FFS! You raised this before, recently, and filled a whole discussion thread talking to yourself, without any links, of course, and then finally another commenter turned on the light (https://thestandard.org.nz/open-mike-10-07-25/#comment-2038358). ISTM that Winnie is betraying everything that NZ First once stood for.

      I was thinking that today.

With their blatant doing the bidding of Philip Morris and mining interests, running defence for continued fisheries disgraces, and topped off with a gun enthusiast undoing sensible measures, I figure the name should be NZ First For Sale.
