TBH I'm as much annoyed by the format as the politicians. Having these percentages from voters during the debate is just silly (even though it has favoured Hipkins, it's not what a debate should be).

To my way of thinking, Hipkins lost the initiative when he declined to say it was morally acceptable to have the number of billionaires increase 2024 -2025 from 18 to 26!
Never, never acceptable when people are going hungry and sleeping on the streets!
