Global elite plan their escape from “pleb masses”

As the global elite and their operational enablers – the highly educated, well rewarded professional classes in banking, finance, corporate M&A, etc. – systematically destroy savers, the middle class, and youth employment, they are (slowly) realising that they are not immune from the resulting political and and social unrest.

Via Zero Hedge (Jan 2015):

As The Middle Class Evaporates, Global Oligarchs Plan Their Escape From The Impoverished Pleb Masses

With growing inequality and the civil unrest from Ferguson and the Occupy protests fresh in people’s mind, the world’s super rich are already preparing for the consequences. At a packed session in Davos, former hedge fund director Robert Johnson revealed that worried hedge fund managers were already planning their escapes. “I know hedge fund managers all over the world who are buying airstrips and farms in places like New Zealand because they think they need a getaway,” he said.

But as former New Zealand prime minister and now UN development head Helen Clark explained, rather than being a game changer, recent examples suggest the Ferguson movement may soon be forgotten. “We saw Occupy flare up and then fade like many others like it,” Clark said. “The problem movements like these have is stickability. The challenge is for them to build structures that are ongoing; to sustain these new voices.”

Clark said: “Solutions are there. What’s been lacking is political will. Politicians do not respond to those who don’t have a voice In the end this is all about redistributing income and power.”

She added: “Seventy five percent of people in developing countries live in places that are less equal than they were in 1990.”

and running to NZ will keep them safe.
    Yeah, right Tui.

it just goes to show that money does not equal intelligence.

And here we have a great illustration of the difference in values that motivates a Labour leader and a National one; JK says, “Yes! Let’s get the world’s super-wealthy to buy-up bolt-holes in NZ!”, HC says, “The poor and disempowered must be given a way to influence the policy-makers so that social inequality becomes less extreme.”

This is the reason why we need stricter immigration rules for “business migrants” and increased quotas for refugees.
Refugees actually contribute to the NZ economy, the leeches don’t.

But those “worried hedge fund managers” would never pass the character test to be allowed into NZ, would they?

He actually didn’t pass the character test – he failed to declare a conviction which automatically made him ineligible for a visa (resident or temporary) without a character waiver (the waiver probably would have been granted as the offence was a one-off which, luckily, had no serious consequences).

I was referring to his dangerous driving conviction in NZ – it wasn’t declared in his residence application but should have been.

Well – the Nett benefit to Helensville of the KDC ecosystem , less specious Crown Litigtation costs – is manifestly positive.
Go for it John and MPA – impede what is due ! – Haha
Cos – the evil will be revealed in your Sunset.
The Sunrise needs little Sustenance – they are young – informed – and unforgiving.

Someone once told me this joke that describes the English attitude.

A couple on a crowded train were having sex in full sight, while the English commuters embarrassedly looked away. Upon finishing having sex one of the couple lit up a cigarette. At this point after saying nothing, one of the commuters went to the couple and said ‘Excuse me, this carriage is non smoking’ pointing to the sign.

Unfortunately I think this sums up a bit of the Kiwi attitude. We want permission and a rule to say whether something is right or wrong. We have a government who does whatever they feel like and is clearly wrong but it is hard to get a movement against them to interrupt them, unless their is an obvious sign to point to. At present the government is hiding under a massive ‘shock & awe” attack to privatise and sell off the country while locals are getting poorer and poorer, and other morally reprehensible behaviour, but people are too embarrassed, shocked or what ever, to actually create enough of a scene to stop them. The Dildo throw was probably one of the strongest acts against the government.

That is why having Maori as a partner to National is a handicap to Maori, how do you attack your own people colluding in such things as selling off state houses?

I think most 1%’ers are fine; the main problem is that they generally and obediently do the bidding of the 0.1%’ers.

Like the giant pharmaceutical companies who conspire to give children “vaccines” laced with autism, right? I heard that there was hard evidence of this in the WTC buildings, that’s why they were demolished with explosives by the government.

You should choose a new religion to have blind faith in. Faith in technological progress is not a reliable one.

Why isn’t National still promoting its “Brighter Future Policy” or was that just a slogan to get re-elected?

I wonder what the next slogan will be from Crosby Textor?

She added: “Seventy five percent of people in developing countries live in places that are less equal than they were in 1990.”

But they are better off when measured absolutely. Would you rather be poor and Chinese in 1990 or better off in 2016 but there be more people relatively better off than you?

Just so long as we’re all poor, we’ll be happy.

Well I guess we all had enough of our earnings being locked up by the Mummy and Daddy state of John Bwana Key and his White supremacist fathers in the states
Pay us our money down Key

self concentrating pests usually helps in their eradication, and you get to keep their nice sneakers.
