    Cindy Kiro will be next Governor-General. A fitting appointment at this time and seemingly perfectly aligned with this Government. No, Judith, it was not part of the secret take-over in He Puapua although there were, of course, strong indications and clear signs foreshadowed that this was on the cards if you did read between the lines.
