      There, there diddums.
Did you forget you had said this just a few seconds ago? Why repeat it?
Short term memory failure? I saw this in your comments about the “rent-a-mob” the Greenpeace organisation lined up for a protest. You forgot what you had said there too.

Looking down your graph, the Liberals look to be losing momentum, while Labour is regaining it. It would be nice if that trend continues and strengthens between now and July. According to people I know in Australia, Turnbull’s honeymoon has been a very brief one.

Yep, you’re right about the direction of momentum.

We’re certainly not back to the clear, consistent ALP lead during the Mad Monk’s reign, though. Coalition still marginal favourites, I’d say, but could be a close run thing.

(Bear in mind that, ominously enough, Turnbull continues to blitz Shorten in the various leadership measures. Not necessarily decisive to the Election outcome, but by no means irrelevant either).

I, like many others, have long preferred Albanese but I would still vote for Shorten to keep Turnbull out. I think that Turnbull would be very harmful to Australia, and hope that he has missed his moment. He seems to fit the same category as Cameron and Key, a 2008-style Tory. But by 2016, the strengthened neo-lib agenda cloaked in toy centrism has done its dash.

Every year of warming is yet another nail in the coffin of paper over, write paper debt, toy governance of Cameron, Key and Turnball. But its the same old adage, cronies in cronies out.

John Key says he thinks the name of the new Governor General will be announced this week. How convenient. Now lets see… he’s had to admit he was wrong about Ambrose and it looks like we the taxpayers are going to foot the bill on his behalf. Bad look. Thursday is Flag day and it looks like he’s going to get a kick in the butt by the same tax-payers . Yep. Announcement on Thursday?

Let’s say flag day ends in defeat for his black and blue Lockwood challenger.

I do hope the media give it to him with both barrels for the divisive and expensive process he’s dragged the country through.

I really, really hope they drive him into a corner and put a dunce’s hat on him so that he may think long and hard about how badly he read the people of New Zealand.

      Yes. And yes.

Does any person with even a passing understanding of climate change seriously have to ask those questions?

Super creepy editing of video allows manipulation of Youtube videos in real time (and probably other types of camera images too)
