Not when when he used the word ‘tantalising’ to the cafe server
Not when pictures of him fondling young girls hair show his eyes oozing with satisfaction.
Couldn’t tantalising have meant, that he knew he wasn’t meant to pull it but the temptation was getting the better of him?
As for “it could’ve been a man”. It wasn’t though and has been no instance of him touching a man’s hair…
