Sack or be sacked

Ports of Auckland management admit they gave Slater/Lusk the confidential employment details of a worker who criticised the bosses’ disastrous bargaining strategy. At least 2 other workers were victims of the same misdeed. CEO Tony Gibson needs to sack the senior staff responsible. If he can’t or won’t, he’s incompetent or complicit and ought to go himself.

It’ll be very interesting to see what documents regarding these dirty tactics and the Port’s pre-planned bargaining strategy come to light during the discovery process for facilitation.

POAL are into the kind of chaos that comes from blind self-interest, not anarchy. Anarchists could have this problem solved in an afternoon.

The appropriate place to test the ethics and legality of the leaks is in the employment court. The affected parties would be best advised to take a case to the Courts and seek a ruling.

Yes I agree, this has to be a sackable offense and could well have come from the very top. The PoAL management have proven to be incompetent as caretakers of this vital Auck. infrastructure with their destructive ineptitude. They need to go.

Len and the other superheros need to show some LEADERSHIP.

TV ONE WX features a beautiful photo of Auckland harbour, with the cranes on one wharf in the center. How many kids can skite “My Dad drives that crane”?
Do kids still skite about Dad?
