Also tells us clearly that the old standards for reading, writing and maths have trained students (and cartoonists) to be babbling idiots…

what the fuck is an INDIGINITY?

kind of funny seeing how you all rip on national standards, but the the teacher didn’t even pick up on it.

Emerson is a product of the “Janet and John” era of schooling. Pounds shillings and pence anyone? Professor Anne Umbridge Tolley is also from that era.

(By the way TightyRighty – Glass houses and all that – do you proof read before you submit?)

          The teacher?

          The one in the cartoon?

Drawn by the guy who made the mistake?

Yeah, she really should have spotted that 🙂

Ha – good spotting ws, makes the cartoon a bit ironic in that case.

The original sentiment was pretty good though – I’m beginning to like this Emmerson chap (spelling excepted) and I’m still fond of what Mike Moreu and Tom Scott put together (though Scott has his moments too).

imagine what the Herald would have published if they weren’t right wing lap dogs… oh wait a minute… perhaps that bias isn’t as bad as some think?

How can National improving something done by Labour create a NEW STANDARD IN “INDIGINITY” (well done WS) in the minds of Labour supporters?

    1. 4.1

Labour increased minimum wage by an average of 6% a year in an attempt to keep it in line with real wages and cost of living. This increase is around 2% less than the projected inflation next year, much less than the average wage will go up and much less again than the cost of living will go up. This is all assuming National doesn’t do the tax reform we all know it will as well which will create higher costs to the lower income people.

The unempoyment record of this BRT government tell us that most workers will be lucky to get even the miserly mininum wage.
Cheap labour and keep the union down by encouraging unemployment. This Tory lot are achieving it all.. The sad thing is that the average worker (or non worker) has just not caught on to the truth.Wake up voters . The “chang”: has been for the worse much worse,

Don’t you know that this is what 90% of the public hear whenever a politician makes a speech

[lprent: “Toon Not Found” seems a bit weak. ]
