   When I first heard of this I couldn’t find the audio anywhere, so gave up looking. Thanks for that Steve, it’s even more hilarious than I thought! “My special American advisor Johnny Halliday” LMAO

   And that accent… it’s as convincing as Basil Fawlty trying to impersonate an arrogant French guest.

   You can just imagine the situation if by some means she was left in charge of the free world.

   Caller: “Hello, this is… ummm… Boris Yeltsin… yeah that’s it, Boris Yeltsin, you know, the Russian President guy. I’ve just fired a missile at yo ass”.

   Palin: “Well shoot, he sounds just like that nice lady from… where is it, Albania?… that scrubs my office floors. Albania’s near Russia, right? That’s convincing enough for me. Fire the missiles”.

   To be fair, the caller is Quebecois, that’s just how they sound – a blend of Canadian and French. In France, they often get mistaken for Americans trying to speak French much to their annoyance
