It's strange.
Some posts I can open and comment on via Oppo mobile (Open Mike and the new Luxon post).
Others when I open them it's just a title page. Then when I change to desktop it can be viewed.
I'll add to this story an observation, last year a Minister said, children in state care placed into psychiatric institutions and then abused there, deserved compensation – because they did not belong in the places where they were abused.
They were distinguishing them from others abused in those places. As if not admitting any liability applied (to prevent any consequent accountability from this precedent).
The abuse of the children there occurred because this was where abuse was happening (before and since).

And it is still occurring in other areas of state care.
Presumably the MHA reforms, when fully enacted, will have some positive impact for those who end up in their institutions.
