A religious cult running a charter school!
Govt funds lining private pockets is ACT policy so no surprise here. The wedge it drives through the public education system is a bonus for the libertarians.
IMO nowhere near enough sunlight on this sham policy that they reintroduced after the last labour govt found the charter schools weren’t delivering what the funds were there for and disestablished them.
